Job Title: Business Resource Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2 days per month on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
The opportunity:
We have an interesting role working in a small team, interacting and supporting the Missile Design UK (MDUK) management team.
You'll be supporting the Division Heads and Function Heads across MDUK analysing and providing data to support not only the regular monitoring but also to support business cases and other strategic needs within MDUK.
The areas you will be involve in include understanding financial budgets (managing the non-payroll process within the division), resourcing needs (including managing and tracking the offload for MDUK), managing a team of 1, generating and supporting workshops/activities amongst others.
There is lots of opportunity for variety within the role, interacting across engineering and various other teams, with a chance to learn about various different areas. You'll be a key part in enabling/ improving how the Division runs from an operational perspective.
