Role Overview:
The Property Team is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to enhance its dynamic group. As a successful applicant, you will:
- Qualifications: Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive/FILEX
- Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload of approximately 50-60 matters with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Purchases: Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Title Management: Work with both unregistered and registered titles
- Auction & Probate: Manage auction and probate sales
- Equity & Matrimonial: Oversee transfer of equity and matrimonial property matters
Ideal Candidate:
Our client is seeking candidates who:
- Experience: Have a minimum of 4+ years' relevant experience
- Team Player: Are enthusiastic and collaborative
- IT Proficiency: Possess good IT skills and experience with case management systems (advantageous)
