Key experience required:
- Ideally experience recruiting within a technical niche (biotech, pharma, software etc)
- Ability to recruit internationally, e.g. US or Europe
- Prior experience of managing a small TA team
- Familiar with coaching stakeholder managers and reporting KPI's regarding TA effectiveness
- Experience of using ATS data for making strategic decisions
