Senior Partnerships Manager

As they continue their growth in the UK, they are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join their Partnership team, ideally with more than two years' experience in a similar role.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will find yourself in a fast paced and dynamic environment tasked with managing and growing both their corporate and private partnership client base, ensuring client longevity and excellent customer experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing potential new referring partners for both corporate and private clients.

Once identified, maintain a long running relationship with the partners - maximising referrals and helping with any partner queries.

Ensure all prospect information and data is logged with exemplary use of the company CRM system.

Assist with the initial introduction to clients and demonstrate the Clients offering.

Showcase in-depth market and industry knowledge to their new partners.

Ability to effectively adopt different sales methods and channels in line with company strategy.

Work closely with other areas of the business engendering a strong cross-referral relationship across the business.

Continually exhibit expert knowledge of FX services, products and market information both internally and externally.

Liaise with their marketing department on producing partnership collateral.

Attend tradeshows/events to maximise new partner sign ups.

Key Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:

3 years minimum in FX industry - Economics or Finance based degree desirable but not essential.

Strong knowledge and passion for financial markets.

At ease communicating effectively with Key Decision makers - CFO's, FD's and CEO's.

Possess a positive, can-do and winning mentality.

Ability to excel across different sales channels and methods, demonstrating flexibility within a structured sales environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to embrace and apply creative thinking to deliver results.
