Key Responsibilities:

The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven success in sales leadership roles within the HVAC or renewable energy industry, preferably in Ireland.
- Strong technical background in heat pump systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
