Key Responsibilities:

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success in sales leadership roles within the HVAC or renewable energy industry, preferably in Ireland.
  • Strong technical background in heat pump systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
