Job Description:
Position is very transactional, assisting the current HR UK team in the following:

Building out slates for new roles
-
Meeting with impacted employees within the company (about 260 total)

Scheduling the one-on-one meetings
-
Conducting the conversations and taking notes
-
Providing consultant services to impacted employees
-
Following up with employees after the meetings have occurred

Filling out any paperwork as required and performing follow up to ensure it's completed/submitted properly

Fielding any consulting questions as needed

Candidates must have proficient experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel specifically).

Highly preferred (but not required) that candidates have experience with the "Workday" HR System.
