Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Sheffield to recruit a Production Manager.
Hours: Monday to Friday - day shift only
Reporting to the Operations Director, our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee a diverse a team, ensuring high quality and optimal efficiency is achieved.
Duties of the Production Manager will include:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team
- Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement
- Encourage lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide and analyse key performance indicators
- Promote and develop a safe work environment
We would like to speak with Production Managers with the following skills / experience:
- Experience in operations management within the manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
