Online Customer Service Executive

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our client, a vibrant and exciting company based in High Wycombe.

We're looking for someone customer focused with knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok to join our client's team.

This is an office based role Mon to Fri in High Wycombe.

Duties will include

  • Answering customer queries on Live Chat
  • Dealing with complaints and quality issues in a systematic way
  • Liaising with delivery partners when issues arise
  • Liaising with production at all locations
  • Liaising with studio to resolve artwork issues
  • Communicating with customers
  • Monitoring and responding to feedback on Reviews and Trustpilot
  • General administration tasks, assisting Finance manager

Skills/Experience

  • Customer focused
  • Understanding of Live Chat Customer service support beneficial
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
