As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods. Your role will involve operating both Bendi and counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
Shift Pattern: Monday To Friday, 6am-3pm/ 11am-8pm
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Bendi and counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
- Unloading deliveries, checking goods received against orders, and inspecting for any damage.
- Properly storing goods in the warehouse, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible.
- Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining inventory records.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Must have a valid and accredited Bendi or Counterbalance truck licence.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and supervisors.
- High level of accuracy in handling and recording goods.
