Office Support

Posted by Adecco .

Are you looking for a dynamic role in the facilities maintenance industry? Our client is seeking an Office Support professional to join their team in Nantwich. With an established presence for 14 years, our client has built a reputation for trust and strong relationships with their clients, including well-known names in the banking sector.

As their Office Support, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing paperwork, allocating engineers, booking overnight accommodation where required, updating helpdesks and ensuring that service work is delivered promptly, answering phone calls, and general office administration duties. You will be responsible for prioritising and allocating jobs to a team of approx 40 engineers located across the country, so good geographical knowledge is an advantage, but this can be picked up over time.

Our client's office support team is small but highly effective, consisting of three dedicated individuals who work well together to ensure the smooth running of the business. Our client is seeking a candidate who has worked in a similar role previously and can hit the ground running with minimal training.

In addition to strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced role, our client expects the Office Support to be IT-savvy and comfortable using technology to manage tasks effectively.

Our client values a friendly and inclusive work culture. To fit in with their team, it is essential to have a positive attitude, a willingness to take initiative, and be easy-going with a great sense of humour. The office even has a furry friend, a dog, who brightens the workplace every day. So, if you're a dog lover, this is an added perk!

If you're ready to join a well established organisation and be a key part of their successful team, apply now and showcase your skills as an Office Support professional!
