Office Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a highly recommended and reputable firm that specialises in various areas of law to include conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, family & matrimonial and litigation. Additional experience in an accounts or finance role would be highly advantageous.

What you'll do as Office Manager:

  • Oversee all operational functions of the business
  • HR and staff management (6-12 People)
  • Regular reviews of business performance and efficiency
  • Facilities management
  • Some Finance and Accounts responsibilities

We're looking for an Office Manager with:

  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to motivate the Admin staff
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of working in a legal environment is preferable but not essential
  • Must be office-based Monday to Friday (no Hybrid)
  • Experience from Management Accounts/Accounts payable, Supplier payments, VAT reconciliation etc would be beneficial
