A boutique, independent provider of Corporate, Trust, and Private Wealth Services is seeking a Company Secretary & Office Manager. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to work in a family-owned business that highly values its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration, including managing suppliers, mail, and invoices.
- Liaise with Notaries, Embassies, and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
- Coordinate with Directors, accountants, auditors, and clients, ensuring compliance with AML procedures.
- Manage company incorporations, filings, UBO registration, and statutory records.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, stock transfer forms, and VAT applications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field; CoSec certification (ICSA) preferred.
- Experience in fiduciary and corporate governance (ideally).
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
