Lovely new role in for a Patient Care Coordinator to join a join a boutique, private medical clinic based in North West London.

Ideal applicants must have previous experience within the medical / healthcare sector and possess strong administrative and IT skills.

Main duties include:

  • First point of contact for Clinicians, patients, Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare staff
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting patients and managing the reception area
  • Updating patient notes and details on the database
  • Liaising with insurance companies and third parties
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
  • Scanning & matching documentation and updating in-house database

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in office administration ideally from the medical/healthcare sectors
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Semble or Hey Doc packages desirable
  • Highly personable
  • Emotionally intelligent
