- Menu Planning & Preparation: Work with the Head Chef to support in the design of menus and prepare balanced, nutritious meals tailored to various dietary needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Patient Care: Work closely with dietitians and medical staff to accommodate individual patient dietary requirements and preferences.
Qualifications
:
- Experience: Experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare setting or similar with Time served or an industry recognised qualification
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, with a focus on nutrition and dietetics.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and dietary requirements for various medical conditions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
