Senior Occupational Therapist, £27.64ph, East London
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Locality teams. The postholder will oversee and supervise occupational therapeutic practice across the Locality teams, in discussion with the Principal Therapist and Team Managers. This will include ensuring high quality standards of professional practice and performance in service delivery, driving forward the delivery of strength-based models of practice, maximising the use of service users' individual strengths, and that of their support networks, community resources and universal services.
The successful candidate must be a registered OT with extensive experience in the field of adult social care, and experience in a leadership/ supervisory role.
