Equifind are excited to have teamed up with a great fintech business, who are looking for a finance manager to join the business in London, for the next 12 months.
We're looking for a hands-on finance manager, who has a solid background with all things operational finance, in addition to handling the general monthly reporting duties. You must be confident, forward thinking and happy to challenge senior management.

Key duties and responsibilities for this finance manager position include:
- Lead the preparation of the monthly management account packs with analysis of monthly numbers identifying variances and resolving or providing commentary
- Prepare and review monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
- Assist with the consolidated reporting for the business
- Oversee the accounts payable, treasury and expenses function
- Manage the annual audit for all entities and be a contact point for the auditors
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget for the business
- Assist with the preparation and review of the monthly payroll
- Support with the production of tax statements
- Support the senior management with MI reporting and analysis for both client and supplier info
- Help improve the financial framework for the business, developing internal controls and policies for the future
- Get involved with other various projects and ad hoc work requested by senior management to assist the wider business
Experience & Qualifications
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2-6 years PQE would be best suited to this role
- A background in fintech, SaaS or financial services would be advantageous
- Experience of Xero or Business Central is highly desirable
- History of being involved and running audits
- Experience of managing people
- Experience of acquisitions would be beneficial
- A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
- Be a self-starter and have the ability to work on your own accord

You will be involved in a very dynamic business that has a wide range clients and customers all over the globe.
For this role, you will work closely with the head of finance and assist them with the general financial reporting duties and running of the finance team. You'll also get exposure to supporting the finance team with key decision support.
This is a proper hands-on role and you'll be required to get into the detail and roll up your sleeves.
The business operates a highly flexible working pattern and only needs you in the London office once a week.

Daily Rate/Salary
This exciting opportunity for a finance manager will pay between £80k-£85k per annum, depending on your qualifications and industry experience.
We are open to looking at candidates on no more than four weeks' notice.
