Service Coordinator required for our client, ha Hertford-based independent business with a track record of over 20 years within the Security industry.
Service Coordinator Position Remuneration
- Salary £24,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (fully office based)
- 1 hour lunch break provided
- 32 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Private welfare scheme provided after probation
Our client specialises in the installation, servicing, and ongoing maintenance of a range of Security systems including CCTV systems, intruder alarms, and access control systems, and they are currently looking to add to their fast-paced service and maintenance department.
Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Coordinator for both their Service, and Maintenance department, with the following responsibilities included across the roles;
- Taking inbound calls/emails from customers, briefly diagnosing a solution, and assigning an engineer to complete the job
- Planning regular servicing and maintenance for clients' Security systems
- Working with internal teams to keep clients and customers updated, including creating work reports and regularly communicating with the client
- Keeping client records up to date using Microsoft Excel, and the companies CRM system
Service Coordinator Position Requirements
- Previous experience working in an administration role within the M&E industry
- Security industry experience highly desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both literate and verbal
- T. confident, with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and previous use of a CRM system desirable
- Based within a commutable distance of Hertford
