Title: Machinery Mechanic Location: SK11 Salary: £35k - £40k (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing
- Service and repair garden machinery to meet standards set by the Service Manager.
- Liaise with customers and manage job registrations as needed.
- Complete job cards and allocate parts for each task.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop.
- Ensure machines are cleaned and ready for customer collection.
- Provide service support to other departments as directed by the Service Manager.
- Handle customer and company property with care.
- Respond to domestic and professional customer call-outs, diagnosing faults and performing repairs.
- Attend training courses to stay current with product knowledge and compliance standards.
What were looking for
- Experience with a variety of garden and commercial machinery.
- Strong diagnostic skills for identifying faults.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full, clean driver's licence.
- Ambition and drive to grow within the company.
- Experience with 4 stroke engines
