An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join our client's fast paced car dealership in Crawley West Sussex.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Transaction Manager, focused on delivering exceptional levels of customer service, with integrity and fairness at the forefront of their actions
- A Team player, who is approachable and able to guide and motivate the sales team
- Can articulate well and clearly explain the obligations customers purchasing products within the finance and Insurance department are entering into, ensuring customers are treated fairly
- Pay attention to detail, completing the necessary paperwork to ensure compliance to company and industry standards
The role:
- The chosen candidate will manage the Finance & Insurance process
- Managing and growing the finance and Insurance department, offering guidance and support to the sales team
- Assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring customers are treated fairly
The Package:
- The Basic Salary for the position will be £27,500 with an achievable bonus scheme and the ability to earn £65,000 OTE. There is also an option of a Company Car. A working week will typically consist of working Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week, Sundays on a rota, 1 in 3
