As a Quality Engineer for our globally recognised client, you will be responsible for increasing production output and product quality by introducing new processes, driving continuous improvements and resolving problems. This role is perfect for an experienced Quality Engineer who has a track record for increasing efficiency and cost reduction, and in return our client is offering attractive benefits such as private healthcare, company pension, profit share scheme and more!

Duties for the Quality Engineer include:
- Monitor production process to identify and resolve manufacturing problems and malfunctions.
- Resolve quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.
- Complete inspection reports and internal audits including any duties required by an internal auditor.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated to the production schedule.
- Carry out training and validation of the engineering processes.
- Any other duties required.
The successful Quality Engineer will have / be:
- A degree or HND/HNC equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- A qualified ISO 9001 internal auditor with understanding of ISO standards.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, with evidence of problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement.
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- A quality focused mindset.
- An understanding of lean principles is desirable.
