Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Over 3-year experience working in Estate agency
- Full UK Driving License
Key tasks for the Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Successfully negotiate offers and lets
- Update client on their marketing
- Handling day-to-day enquiries
- Booking and attending viewings
- Booking and attending valuations
- Drive the business forward
