Are you an Accounts Clerk or similar with a background in Customer Service looking to join a tight knit team who are offering a Monday to Friday position, with great progression and training opportunities into other areas of the business?
On offer is the opportunity to join a world leader in the manufacturing of high-speed machine presses including hydraulic, stamping and power pressing equipment. This international company formed the UK branch in the 1960's and has built the company to over 500 strong worldwide, you will be joining the tight-knit team in the UK to help with their extensive client base across the country.
This varied role will have you responsible for preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will maintain accurate financial records and ledgers and prepare financial reports and statements for management. Their role ensures smooth financial operations and supports the company's financial health.
This role would suit an Accounts Clerk or similar with Customer Service experience looking for a Monday to Friday position, with a company committed to it's staff development, offering opportunities to progress within the business into other areas.
The Role:
- Preparing and sending invoices to customers
- Handling payments and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Preparing financial reports and statements for management
