Location: Glasgow
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Rate: 15.00ph
Employment Type: Temporary

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator professional with a background in Build to Rent, Direct Letting, or Student Accommodation? If so, our client, a leading Build to Rent company based in the heart of Glasgow, has an exciting opportunity for you!
Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants
- Responding to and managing enquiry emails
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with potential tenants
- Evaluating and processing tenant applications
- Following up with prospective tenants after viewings
- Verifying tenancy references
- Assisting with the moving process for new tenants
- Maintaining accurate records and utilising the Spike system for updates
Lettings Negotiator Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lettings is essential
- Strong customer service skills
