Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 3.30pm
THE SCHOOL
A lovely 11-18 secondary academy in Oxford, Oxfordshire are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team starting ASAP on a long-term supply basis, 5 days a week to July 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, and who wants to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
THE ROLE
As a Full-Time Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include in the following:
- Covering a variety of Secondary Subjects
- Hold high standards within the classroom to ensure work is completed.
- Create strong relationships with the pupils.
- Delivering set work to the students
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an education setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Relevant qualifications or training are a plus.
