Store Manager
My client is a leading retailer currently recruiting for Store Managers across several of their sites.
This a permanent full-time position.
Working hours: 38 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (dependant on experience.
Locations: Belfast city centre, Lisburn, Newtownabbey and Ballymena

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial positions.
- Commercial understanding to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers.
- A team player who works at their best in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- A good communicator and can work naturally with people at all levels.
- Calm and approachable even when under pressure.
- Confident when dealing with people issues.
Duties:
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Prepare and control the store's budget, aiming for efficiency and minimum expenditure.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases within budget.
- Handle customer complaints to maintain the store's reputation.
- Inspect store areas and resolve any arising issues.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- Keep abreast of market trends for store improvements.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with legal health and safety guidelines.
