RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER

QED Legal are currently seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join one of the best law firms in the region, based in Beaconsfield, Bucks.
We are looking for a passionate individual with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
