Job Description
- Lead the Quality function managing quality and business systems in compliance with IATF and supporting Automotive standards and requirements
- Establish, and maintain customer/supplier relations
- Support strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and manage quality metrics to drive improvements in the plant
- Delivery of products on time and assure customer quality standards are met
- Develops quality assurance plans to improve repeatability, reducing Cost of Non-Conformance
Quality Manager
Essential Experience/Skills
- Experience at a senior level within an Automotive quality environment (IATF 16949)
- Management of direct reports in the quality team
