Teaching Assistant - Afternoon Support (SEND) - Fantastic Primary School (Cheadle Area)

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team at a fantastic Primary School in the Cheadle area of Stockport.
About the Role:
- You will provide dedicated afternoon support to a child with complex SEND requirements.
- You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure the child's individual needs are met.
- You will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- You will have a positive impact on the child's learning and development.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children with SEND.
- Is patient, caring and understanding.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Is a strong team player.
