Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting guests.
- Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive guest experiences through exceptional customer service.
- Supporting event set-up and breakdown, which may involve some heavy lifting.
- Guiding guests throughout the stadium.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of guests.
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Flexible availability in match days.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Presentable appearance and out-going demeanour.
