Position: HR Advisor

Salary: £25,000 - £33,000

Location: Blackpool (onsite)

Responsibilities:

This is a generalist role but with a focus on managing the recruitment activities (advertising, shortlisting, supporting interviews, through to onboarding) so someone with a background and interest in recruitment would fit the bill very well.

You'll also be supporting with Employee Relations from conducting investigations through to dismissal so previous experience of handling issues such as absenteeism, capability, and grievances is necessary.

You'll be required to utilise the HRIS, inputting employee data and running reports too.

Experience needed:

  • You'll need to have your Level 5 CIPD or be working towards certification, as a minimum. (If you're wanting to do your Level 7 then they'll offer sponsorship for this)
  • A background in recruitment or with previous experience of managing recruitment in a HR role
  • A team player and happy to get stuck in with a variety of tasks and projects
