Construction Administrator - up to £28k + bonus + hybrid working - Ringwood
Our client, a well-known construction company require a Construction Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave. The position is likely to be for a period of up to 12 months and will be responsible for carrying out all administrative duties in support of the construction department.
Key duties will include: -
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Managing contract documentation and ensuring that all parties adhere to contractual obligations
- Developing and maintaining project schedules
- Maintaining diaries, for arranging meetings and appointments
- Helping to co-ordinate all relevant training
- To assist in the collation of date for a variety of weekly and monthly reports
This is a hybrid role that requires working form a Ringwood based office. Excellent salary, holiday allowance and benefits package will accompany the post.
