Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a National Building Society that are looking to add to their organisation with a Customer Service Consultant.
Role- Customer Service Consultant
Salary- £22,464 per annum
Working hours- 36 hours per week, generally Monday to Saturday flexible hours to support the branch opening times
Location- North Berwick with occasional travel to Edinburgh branch
Duties within this 'in branch' customer service based role include-
- Dealing with customers visiting the branch face to face
- Dealing with any queries from vising customers
- Operating an outbound telephone system
- Customer conversations and relationship building – highlighting products and services
- Booking reviews and recommending products and services
- Transactional activities, compliance with audit, policies and standards
We are looking for outgoing candidates with experience of working in a customer service based environment. You must be able to hold conversations and represent the organizations values to the highest standard.
