The successful Head of IT must have experience of leading teams, budgeting and IT Transformation in order to take their IT Systems and Programmes to the next level. It is also important you have experience ideally of the charity sector so you can understand the budget constraints and the ways of working. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of IT looking to progress their career at a fantastic organisation who encourage flexible working and working for home.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of IT to lead on several very exciting projects where you will be responsible for the development and growth of your team, while having the opportunity to really make your mark on a fantastic organisation. You will get to work with stakeholders across the business, so it is essential to be a confident communicator. Working for this leading organisation you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Skills required for the Head of IT:
- Strong & proven IT management experience
- Experience of budgeting and planning
- Strong understanding of IT Services
- Experience of the charity sector
- Confident communicator who is able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders

Salary: £65,000 - £72,000 + Brilliant benefits
