I am working with a prestigious organisation who are looking for an entry level HR Assistant to join their small team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within an administrative role and have great organisation skills.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

This role would report into the Head of HR and some of the responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Coordination of onboarding candidates
  • Administration of recruitment process
  • Assisting with monthly payroll
  • Maintaining records of staff
  • Support on HR projects

What experience do you need?

  • Strong administration skills
  • Working knowledge of GDPR
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Worked in a healthcare/education sector (advantage)
  • Proactive
