Lexcel accredited firm in Bedford seek a newly qualified Immigration Solicitor. Our client is currently seeking a newly qualified solicitor with experience in immigration for their office in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will undertake a varied caseload of immigration matters.
Responsibilities
- Instructing counsel
- Preparing bail applications
- Judicial review
- Human rights
- Asylum matters
- EEA applications
- Sponsor licence applications
- Extension applications
The Candidate
- Applications are welcome from NQ solicitors with solid experience working within an immigration environment
- Experience of handling own caseload is essential
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Possess strong IT skills
