What You Will Do:
- Support both Exterior & Interior Trim development across various vehicle programs.
- Coordinate Optical Quality Reviews with cross-functional teams and gather benchmarking data.
- Assist in guiding design and engineering teams to achieve PQ targets through potential solutions.
- Perform digital reviews and sign-off events for Optical Quality/Perceived Quality related activities.
- Develop and maintain a PQ Benchmarking database, contributing to competitor analysis.
- Engage in the entire vehicle development cycle, focusing on Body & Trim integration activities.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven PQ experience in Interior and Exterior Trim development, including knowledge of materials, processes, and assembly.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office Programs; Catia V5/V6 experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in technical report writing and problem analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a cross-functional team.
- A degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Design is preferred.
