Job Description:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child with SEN, providing dedicated 1:1 support to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer tailored support to a specific child with SEN on a 1:1 basis.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to address the child's unique needs.
- Provide regular feedback on the child's progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Flexibility to work on a supply basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in supporting individuals with SEN (desirable).
