I am recruiting a P2P Transaction Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract based in Reading. Our client is a VC backed technology business which is scaling rapidly and currently going through a large finance transformation project.
Summary:
- You will be an Accounts Payable Manager with P2P experience looking to break away from AP and move into change management.
- This newly created role to lead systems implementation, process improvements, and deliver business support to the Accounts Payable team.
- Your background will be in accounts payable management, transaction management, or shared service centre supervision for P2P.
- You will need an in depth understanding of the procurement processes that are upstream of PO/Invoice.
You must be:
- A strong communicator who can develop and maintain relationships.
- An Accounts Payable/Finance leader with experience of running and driving improvements within Accounts Payable functions.
- Experienced with vendor governance & compliance, carrying out due diligence checks as part of vendor pre-qualification, ensuring good process governance
- Knowledgeable of accounting and VAT principles.
- Able to start ideally by the end June.
Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week in Central Reading based office.
