Description

HR Administrator responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities
  • Check and manage the HR Central inbox responding promptly to all queries
  • Coordinate the new starter and onboarding process, generating offer letters and contracts
  • Manage the leaver process
  • Support with the update of policies and procedures

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Previous experience in HR administration (ideal)
