About the Role

As the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving our financial strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach and offers the opportunity to lead critical processes while collaborating with teams across the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Policy & Control Development: Designing and implementing effective financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading budgeting and forecasting processes to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Overseeing financial planning and analysis, continuously identifying opportunities for financial improvements.
  • Collaborative Support: Working with cross-functional teams to support key decisions, ensuring that financial insights drive business performance.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitoring cash flow, managing financial risks, and providing strategic guidance to the Head of Finance.

What You'll Bring

  • Qualifications: CIMA / ACCA qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar leadership role, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Analytical Strength: Advanced skills in financial modelling and analysis (Excel proficiency is essential).
  • Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, motivating colleagues to achieve excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
  • ERP System Knowledge: Experience implementing ERP systems is a plus.
