The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and personable with an excellent track record bringing houses to market, gaining and winning new instructions and helping to drive the business forward. You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and spot business opportunities. You need to be able to work independently as well as being part of a successful team.

Responsibilities for this SALES VALUER role will include:
- Deliver the highest level of service to all clients & set standards for the rest of the team
- Develop, motivate and train members of the team
- Increase market share & support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
- Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
- Working closely with senior management on high profile instructions and clients
- Regular contact with landlord and tenants.
