Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Become the "go-to" recruiter within Life science
- Develop new business with target clients in your market! Build relationships!
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, Marketing, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- my client are working with some of the best firms out there!
