Reporting to the Senior Manager – Accounting and Tax, the main purpose of the role is to provide support to the wider Finance – Accounting team, in the production of accurate and timely reporting.

How you'll contribute to the mix:
- Assist with preparation of monthly Management Accounts (UK & Ireland)
- Assist with Year-end audit and Statutory Accounts preparation
- Assist with Tax work & Projects
- Assist with preparation of Group Accounts
- Process improvement projects
- Fixed Assets
- Production of internal/external month end reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Pre month end P&L account review
- Group Planning –assist with preparation of forecasts and budgets
- To carry out any other tasks commensurate with this post
Can you supply our essential ingredients?
- Previous financial & management accounts experience a necessity (Minimum 2 years)
- Studying towards accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- Good working knowledge of sales, purchase & general ledger principles
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate appropriately at all levels.
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Ability to motivate self to achieve deadlines.
- Professional and confident manner (able to work at all levels)
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently and in teams.
