Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 depending on experience

The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience working on residential projects, with strong technical detailing an drawing experience and up to date knowledge of current building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • CIAT accredited or working towards
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Job running experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive approach to self-development
  • Experienced with construction drawing packages
  • Produce accurate design and access statements
  • Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
  • Strong portfolio of residential and master planning projects
  • Confident producing high quality technical drawings
  • Through knowledge of current building regulations
  • Driven to keep up to date with latest software, designs and environmental issues
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD would be ideal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ideally you will live locally to the Wigan area
