HR Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator in the hospitality sector on a full-time basis based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain exposure and develop their HR career. This a permanent role and will be fully office based.

The key role responsibilities include:

  • To support with end-to-end recruitment process
  • To take control of the maintenance of the HR system
  • Onboarding and offboarding all new starters and leavers.
  • Create and maintain regular reports on HR metrics
  • Supporting on any ER cases that arise
  • Assist in all HR projects and provide support
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure HR administration is up to date
  • Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
  • Assist with processing payroll

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Previous experience in Hospitality is an advantage
  • CIPD qualified or similar qualification in HR desirable but not essential
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
