Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering and forwarding phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Greeting and signing in clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars efficiently
- Upholding the professional image of the business at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
