Job Advert: Estate Caretaker (Temporary Assignment)
Location: Brent Cross
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
We are seeking a dedicated Estate Caretaker to join our team on a temporary basis!
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuum carpeted areas and main entrance floor mats
- Dust and wipe down stair nosing on each step
- Sweep and mop all lobby solid surfaces
- Clean handrails, skirtings, window sills, architraves, balustrades, radiators, push and kick plates, dado rails, signage, and wall fixings
- Dust notice boards and external letter boxes, and clean light switches
- Remove marks from walls and chewing gum from all areas
- Report and remove graffiti promptly
- Clear cobwebs and insect matter
- Ensure communal areas remain unobstructed by bikes, prams, and miscellaneous items
- Perform minor repairs and report larger issues
