My client is a Local authority looking to recruit a Transformation lead for a specific Programme of work.
We are looking for an individual to transform both their Debt recovery process and develop a TOM around how the authority can maximise revenue across its services.
This will require where specific services can bring in revenue to assist the authority with Budget constraints.
To be considered, you will have worked with Local Government at a senior level , working with Senior stakeholders.
You must have an understanding of Revenue flow and Debt recovery to improve collections. You will also have the ability to identify where revenue can be made throughout the constituency and service directorates.
This is a extremely interesting and challenging opportunity but one that the successful applicant can really make their own.
