Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support. This role will be remote-first, with travel to the London office as and when required (expected to be 2-4 times a month). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and handle correspondence via email and phone.
- Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Research: Conduct research and compile data on various topics as required.
- Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and manage budgets.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
