Financial Services Administrator

We are recruiting for one of our partnership business based in the historic county of Wantage. Due to growth and increased work load they are looking to bolster their team with the addition of a part time Financial services Administrator to help support the Practice Principal and help deliver great mortgage and financial advice to their clients.

The Financial services Administrator role is a work from home role but you'll need to be based in Berkshire to attend the occasional face to face meeting. This is a part time role with 12 to 16 hours a week needed, with an hourly rate of £15ph.

Role: Part Time Financial services Administrator

Location: Wantage (WFH)

Salary: £15ph

The right candidate will have/be

  • Financial Services experience within mortgage and/or financial advice (this is a must)
  • Understanding the advice journey
  • Confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven background in an Financial services Administrator role (this is a must)
  • A professional attitude
  • Office 365 experience

Role duties will include

  • Client communication
  • Data collating both pre and post client meeting
  • Data submission both pre and post client meeting
  • Lender and provider liaison
